The saffron is stronger and more dominant, while the violet and jasmine are milder and slightly wine.The middle notes are less medicinal and woody than the top notes, with a more pronounced presence of sandalwood than cedar. The middle notes are also much clearer than the top notes, with the neutral notes blending with the steady medicinal woods, without being frivolous or sweet. The layers are very rich and textured.The base notes is a blend of rose and various woody notes, with ambergris and patchouli accentuating the woody notes and making the presence of saffron less intense. It gives a sense of calm and reassuring power.
